• Product photos you upload (stored in Supabase until you delete them)

• Generated images (stored in Supabase until you delete them)

• Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

• Usage data — pages visited, features used (anonymous, no personal identifiers)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the VIVERA service

• To process payments via Stripe

• To send transactional emails (receipt, password reset)

• We never sell your data to third parties

• We never use your images for training AI models

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (EU servers).

Product photos and generated images are stored until you delete them.

You can delete individual images from your History at any time.

You can request full account deletion by emailing support@vivera.digital

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

• Export your data

• Withdraw consent at any time

VIVERA is not intended for users under 16 years of age.
