1. Acceptance

By using VIVERA you agree to these Terms.

If you disagree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

VIVERA provides AI-powered advertising visual generation.

You upload a product photo — we generate ad creatives.

Results may vary. AI generation is not guaranteed to meet every specific requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining account security

• One account per person

• You must be 16 years or older

• You must provide accurate information

4. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased through Stripe

• Credits are non-refundable once used

• Unused credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity

• Free plan: 10 credits, watermark applied to all outputs

• Paid plans: no watermark

5. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of images you upload

• You retain full ownership of generated outputs

• By uploading you confirm you have rights to the image

• We do not use your images to train AI models

• We do not share your images with third parties

6. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use VIVERA to generate:

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights

• Illegal, harmful or deceptive advertising

• Content targeting minors inappropriately

7. Intellectual Property

• VIVERA name, logo and interface are our intellectual property

• Generated images belong to you

8. Limitation of Liability

VIVERA is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue or profits

• Service interruptions

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
